Flamex (Smoke Suppressant)
Flamex an
Aluminum, Zinc & Magnesium Inorganic Complex Synergist which has
superior flame retardance as compared to traditional synergists, and
dramatically reduces smoke in PVC FRLS Compound. Flamex is also a very
effective flame retardanct in rigid PVC (UPVC) system without the need for
Antimony Trioxide. Flames can often results in reduced cost formulation as
Prices of antimony Trioxide is high. Key PVC applications include Wire &
Cable, Flooring, Film & Sheet, Pipe & Profiles, Coated Fabrics,
Unsaturated polyesters UPVC building products.

Flame
Retardant are substances that can be chemically inserted into the polymer
molecule or be physically blended in polymers after polymerization to
suppress, reduce, delay or modify the propagation of a flame through a
plastic materials. There are several classes of flame retardants;
